- Execute and control daily logistics operations with strong focus on international inbound and outbound transportation;
- Organize and manage international shipments (air, sea, road), including carrier coordination, Incoterms application, and cost control;
- Work directly with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and authorities to ensure smooth transport and customs clearance;
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance requirements (e.g. SOX, international standards);
- Prepare, verify, and manage transport and customs documentation for intercompany, drop, import, and export shipments;
- Monitor all incoming, internal, and outgoing logistics flows, ensuring visibility and traceability;
- Ensure packaging and labeling meet company, customer, and international transport requirements;
- Coordinate logistics execution with internal stakeholders and external partners (3PLs, warehouses, distributors);
- Identify operational issues and take immediate corrective actions to avoid delays or non compliance.

- Education in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or Supply Chain (preferred);
- Proven experience in international logistics, transportation, and customs operations;
- Very good command of English;
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures and international trade compliance;
- Hands‑on experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers;
- Proficiency in ERP software, MS Office, and logistics portals;
- Strong operational mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
